Fan of the Year 2005

Congratulations to Kelly - the DH Club Fan of the Year for 2005!

*Jumps up and down screaming*
2005 has definitely been MY year.
I met Doug for the first time, I met a lot of great people on the website, FOTM and now FOTY! The clannies were formed and continue to banish evil sunflowers from the surface of the earth *clannie song*. A few of us wrote a song about Doug, and we saw his career go from strength, to not strength to HUGE strength!
Schools been hard, and so has everything else, but somehow I've found the time to come on the site and post 10 zillion messages a month (SORRY KAZZA!!). Numerous arguments over the size of a particulars players forehead (Dianne Toni and Becs) even though you know I'm right. And yes girls,I know you have a crush on Xavier!! Game addictions with moNmoN and numerous random conversations with Daffa. Everyone on the site has made an impact on me this year! You're all FANTASTIC people and i couldn't think of spending hundreds of hours this year not talking to you all!

And then theres Doug, I guess this has been HIS year too!
He realised the depth of NZ rugby, he improved his form and game, he became the best he can be...and most of all he met ME! Good times Doug good times- even though you probably don't remember them!

I don't know how i can possibly thank you on here, because i know that everyone on here deserves this award, because we are all great friends, and fans! And i wouldn't change anything about any of you. I hope you all keep safe and have a great Christmas, keep singing the DH song loud and proud even though it has no set tune!

First of all congratluations Kelly for being my Fan of the Year.
Thanks an awful lot for your support through the year and for your support of the website.

I like your question about my favourite type of lollies, I can honestly say no one has ever asked me that one before. Well, I dont really eat a lot of lollies but if I had to chose a favourite one Id have to go with Scorched Almonds. I have a soft spot for chocolate and the healthy aspect of the almonds makes it feel a little healthier. Thanks once again and enjoy your Chrstmas, and all the best for the new year.
